In a RON session, everything takes place via an encrypted, state-compliant video platform. Before signing, each participant undergoes automated identity proofing: a biometric photo ID scan (passport or driver's license) and KBA security questions. Documents are signed digitally with tamper-evident digital certificates and official electronic seals valid throughout the United States.

Under Florida law, signers must produce an unexpired, government-issued photo ID bearing a signature, such as: US State Driver's License or ID card, US or foreign Passport, US Permanent Resident Card (Green Card), or US Military ID. Expired identifications cannot be accepted.

The hiring company designates Danilo Porto as its Authorized Representative. We meet the employee in-person in Winter Garden, Orlando, or a convenient local venue to physically inspect original List A or List B + C documents and complete Section 2 in accordance with federal USCIS rules.

An Apostille authenticates Florida-issued documents for legal use in foreign countries that belong to the Hague Convention (e.g., Brazil, Portugal, EU). Danilo Porto reviews the documents for compliance, conducts prerequisite notarizations, and manages submission directly to the Florida Department of State Division of Corporations in Tallahassee with tracked return delivery.

Mobile service covers Winter Garden, Windermere, Dr. Phillips, Horizon West, Clermont, Orlando, Kissimmee, and surrounding Central Florida communities. All appointments (mobile and RON) are scheduled in advance, with extended evening and weekend availability upon request.
